UJIRE, May 27, 2026 : In a continued effort to enhance pedagogical methodologies and professional development, a comprehensive workshop on Work-Life Balance was organized at the S.D.M. Educational Society on 27 May 2026.
The workshop was officially inaugurated by Dr. Harish Krishnaswamy, Trustee of the Sri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (S.K.D.R.D.P). Addressing the gathering, Dr. Harish Krishnaswamy extended his best wishes to the participants, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning in the teaching profession.The core training session was spearheaded by Dr. Siju Thomas, an esteemed Soft Skill Development Trainer from the Oxford University Press Academy. Dr. Siju Thomas served as the primary resource person, guiding the educators through a series of engaging, activity-based modules designed to integrate advanced soft skills into their daily academic routines.
