6 August 2026 ,UJIRE: The Bharat Scouts and Guides unit of School celebrated ‘Scarf Day’ with enthusiasm and meaningful activities on the school premises on 6 August 2026.

The highlight of the event was an interactive address by Mrs. Usha K., a Himalaya Wood Badge-trained Guide Captain and teacher at the institution, who served as the resource person for the program. Engaging students through various hands-on activities, she detailed the deep-seated significance of the traditional scarf worn by Scouts and Guides.“The scarf is not just a piece of clothing,” Mrs. Usha emphasized. “It serves as a proud symbol of the Scouts and Guides pledge, representing unity, discipline, leadership, and a commitment to selfless service.”

Mrs. Sheikh Shameem Banu, senior teacher and Guide Captain of the school, shared the stage during the function.The event was compered by Guide student Dhriti. Participating students embraced the spirit of the occasion, enthusiastically taking a pledge to uphold the core values and ideals of the Scouts and Guides movement.
