On May 22, 2025, School hosted a Capacity Building workshop titled “Oxford Advantage Pedagogy” for its teaching staff. The session was facilitated by Ms. Gangotri S.G., Academic Excellence Manager, and Mr. Abubakar Nayak, Senior Regional Manager from Oxford University Press (OUP).
The workshop aimed to enhance educators’ understanding of 21st -century teaching methodologies and the effective implementation of the Oxford Advantage programme. During the workshop, the resource persons emphasized the importance of equipping students with 21st-century skills .They discussed various teaching strategies to address different learning needs and highlighted the role of technology in modern education. The session also covered the use of OUP’s digital tools and resources to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
The workshop was presided over by the school’s Principal, Mr. Manmohan Naik K.G., who welcomed the participants and underscored the significance of adopting innovative teaching practices. The event was coordinated by teacher Ms. Shanty George, who also served as the master of ceremonies.
