May 29, 2025 – The SDM management organized an enriching workshop for educators titled “Pathways of Possibility: Designing Learning for Every Student” by Oxford University Press (OUP) at a Atal Tinkering lab. The event, held on May 29, 2025, aimed to empower teachers with innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning needs. 

The session was led by renowned resource person Dr. Siju Thomas Thottappilly, a Homeopathy Doctor and Oxford-certified trainer. Dr. Thottappilly engaged the participants with insightful discussions on key educational strategies, including: 

– Effective Teaching Techniques– How to deliver lessons in a way that maximizes student understanding. 

– Student Learning Processes – Understanding how students absorb and retain knowledge. 

– Multiple Intelligences in the Classroom – Adapting teaching methods to different learning styles. 

– The Role of Class Teachers – Enhancing classroom management and student engagement. 

Teachers attended the workshop, gaining valuable insights into designing inclusive and dynamic learning experiences. The interactive session encouraged educators to rethink traditional teaching approaches and adopt more student-centered methods.  The event concluded with a Q&A session, where participants shared their experiences and discussed practical applications of the strategies discussed.
