
School has launched a vibrant week-long celebration of ‘Atidonji Dina’—a cherished tradition rooted in the culture of Tulunadu—beginning Monday, 4th August 2025, and continuing till 9th August 2025. The event began with “Aati Special Traditional Food” , highlighting the timeless wisdom that healthy food is the secret to a healthy life, for empowering skills and sharpening brain function.
Throughout the week, students from classes 1 to 10 participated in a range of cultural and educational programmes: Tulunadu-Agri-Expo and Tulu Riddles, Puzzles, Songs on 9th August, immersed Students in the rich linguistic and agricultural legacy of the region. Aatida Gobbulu–Traditional Games were held on 8th August, to promote team spirit, cultural bonding, and physical fitness. Art and Craft from Coconut Leaf went on from 4th to 13th August, nurturing creativity with natural materials. Other highlights included performances of Chennu Kunitha (a folk dance) and Aati Kalanja. The grand Celebration of Aati was scheduled for 9th August 2025.
