Ujire, February 23: School marked World Thinking Day today, honoring the birth anniversary of Baden Powell and Lady Baden Powell, the founders of Bharat Scouts and Guides. The event also tied into World Sight Day observances, emphasizing reflection, service, and global unity.The program began with interfaith prayers and highlights on the significance of Scout Day, fostering values of leadership, compassion, and community among students. Cub Bulbul and Scout Guide participants engaged in a series of meaningful activities designed to promote goodwill and environmental awareness.

Key events included a goodwill donation drive, preparation of bird food to support local wildlife, creation and distribution of awareness materials using eco-friendly paper bags, and a special visit to Daya Special School to spread joy and inclusivity. Student Anvi Karanth skillfully compered the proceedings and Mrs. Usha coordinated the event keeping the energy high throughout .The school principal commended the students for embodying the Scout motto of “Be Prepared” through their enthusiastic participation.
