On June 5, 2025: The School hosted a parents’ orientation programme called “Aware and Vitalize” at Ratnathraya Hall, SDM PU College, Ujire attracting enthusiastic participation from parents. The event aimed to strengthen the relationship between parents and the school, emphasizing the crucial role parents play in their children’s education and development. Dr. Mary M.J, an Assistant Professor at Government Degree College, N.R. Pura, served as the resource person. In her insightful address, Dr. Mary highlighted key aspects of parenting and education: the importance of attending PTA meetings to stay informed, parents as role models, promoting extracurricular activities to combat screen addiction, and fostering emotional connections to build confidence. Principal Mr. Manamohan Naik K G shared the school’s vision and updates, while teachers presented the annual report, showcasing achievements and future plans. An interactive session allowed parents to engage with Dr. Mary and staff, addressing their concerns. The programme concluded positively, with parents appreciating the school’s efforts to foster a collaborative environment for student success, reinforcing the importance of a strong partnership between parents and educators in nurturing well-rounded learners. The programme was Co-ordinated by teacher Ms. Shanty George who presented the vote of thanks.
